A strong diagonal sweep from left to right draws the eye across the image to the central opening in the crust of the sand dunes. The photo has a still centre surrounded by whirling forms carved in the sand by the ever-present wind. I like the burnished golden glow of evening light highlighting the sand dune and ocean textures.
